We pride ourselves with providing high quality real estate media with the fastest turnaround time in the industry. **What We Provide**: We do all the heavy lifting We provide 100% of the marketing, coordinating, scheduling system, editing, and delivery of our services. We train you on our proprietary skills and techniques so that all products are delivered to our specifications. The onboarding/skills approval process can take 2 to 4 weeks depending on your qualifications and experience. You will need equipment for this position, but low-cost leasing options are available for equipment if necessary. **What You’ll Do**: - As needed independent contractor work (busiest between March-October) - Photograph and video real estate listings to our specifications - Take aerial/drone photos & video of real estate listings - Provide exceptional customer service experience for our clients (Realtors & homeowners) - Prepare houses for shooting (turning on lights, moving items as necessary) - Travel to appointments within our service areas (Saskatoon and surrounding areas) - Organize photos/videos and upload them for our editors **What we're looking for**: - Excellent people skills - you are outgoing, comfortable talking to anyone - Strong communication skills (calling, texting, accommodating, etc.) - You're organized, detail-oriented, and coachable - Clean criminal & driving record - Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet - Presentable and punctual - Flexible with your availability during normal hours, weekends and evenings optional - Vehicle to use for work (including out-of-town shoots if needed) - References required - iPhone with high quality, wide angle lens feature (required) - Canada RPAS Basic Drone license - Interest in photo, video, social media, or real estate - Gimabl for iPhone (capable of vertical video) - Camera capable of bracketing 5 images for photos & wide angle lens - Drone capable of bracketing 5 images and filming in 4K - Dual wireless lavalier microphone system **Estimated Position Timeline** - January 30th - Position Details Webinar (Link to be sent to all applicants) - Week of February 3rd - Individual Interviews - Week of February 10th - Final Selections - Week of February 17th - Onboarding/Training Begins No experience is required with photography or editing. You take the pictures, we do the editing. Any gear that you need will be supplied during the training period. A criminal record check is required. Pay is $40/hour on a contract-basis. Mileage is paid for all travel.
