Based out of our Vancouver Office, you will be managing a mixed portfolio of rental properties located in the Lower Mainland region and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with our property owner clients, handling tenancy placement, day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Rental Property Management License in BC**:

- **Real Estate/Property Management field with a minimum of 1 year direct experience. Or, for new licensees, there is a potential to enter our training program.**:
