**Job description**

Experienced Licensed Property Manager Position is available at One of the fast-growing property managing companies in BC. The Property Manager is responsible to lead the operations and management of over 100 property portfolio. The position is ideal for a highly responsible and detail-oriented individual securing long term position and seeking the opportunity to grow and develop the career.

**- Requirements**:

- _**Property Manager License (*MUST) **_
- Must have a car and driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

**- Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing properties in BC
- Managing rental income (Rent collection, monthly statement, reconciliation, etc)
- Managing expenses provided by accounting, completing monthly statements for the landlord
- Ensuring the safety and security of the building and its residents through regular inspection and walkthrough.
- Responding to concerns of landlord and tenants.
- Initiate, negotiate and maintain service contracts
- Primary contact for insurance and restoration/emergency issues
- All other day to day property management service duties.

**- Qualifications and Fit**:

- More than 2 Years Experience in Property management
- Good understanding and experience with the Residential Tenancy Act
- Ability to manage customer expectations, provide outstanding customer service, and form effective, trustworthy relationships with a wide variety of people
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, Highly responsible, and Effective time management skills
- Approachable for any emergency call

**- Compensation**:

- Extended health benefits after the probation period.
- 2 Weeks Annual Vacation after the 1st anniversary year of employment
