Birds Nest Properties is a leading property management brokerage in Vancouver, Canada. We manage residential tenancies in Greater Vancouver for rental property owners. We are looking for a sales-focused Rental Property Manager to join our close-knit team in a fun and dynamic work environment.

As a Rental Property Manager - Sales Team, you will represent Birds Nest Properties to prospective clients. You will handle inbound inquiries, as well as undertake some business development initiatives. Your rental property management experience and strong communication skills will build relationships with owner clients who place their trust in our property management services.
- Promptly respond to inbound and referral leads
- Effectively communicate Birds Nest value proposition and expertise, to build trust and sign clients
- Undertake business development activities defined by Marketing
- Focus on sales relationships with rental property owners, while supporting and relying on Birds Nest operations and leasing teams to provide seamless and successful customer experiences
- License as Rental Property Manager with BCFSA is mandatory
- Sales-driven and eager to thrive with a commission-based compensation structure
- Organized and disciplined, with sales CRM experience
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to be responsive to client inquiries
- A valid driver's license and ability to work on the road
- Strong communicator and team player

**Remuneration**:

- Base salary from $50,000 per year, plus commissions to target $100,000+ in total compensation
