AWM-Alliance Real Estate Group Ltd. is a Real Estate Service Company that has been active in Metro Vancouver since 1997. AWM provides property management services involving both residential and commercial properties.

**Purpose**

The position is accountable to a team, assisting with the day-to-day administration and management of a portfolio of residential rental and commercial [retail, office, industrial] strata and rental properties to ensure that all administrative and other function-specific support activities are carried out in a timely and consistent manner.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

Assist with / manage overseeing all day to day building and site operations

Assist with / manage and prioritize owner and tenant service requests

Assist with / manage work orders to complete building and site maintenance, repairs, and improvements

Assist with / manage and provide direction to site staff

Ensure service contracts are being completed in a timely and professional manner

Maintain building and site logs and owner and tenant information

Draft communication to owner and tenants in regards to arrears, charges, violations, and other

Assist with operating budgets, operating costs reconciliations, and related communication to tenants

Assist with preparation and coordination of offers to lease, leases, renewals, and addendums

When needed, assist and help manage tenant improvements

Assist in obtaining bids and budgeting

**Qualifications & Requirements**

Minimum of 2 year of real estate experience

Possess a rental property management license or at minimum willing to enroll to obtain a rental property management license

Have a good understanding of building components and construction processes / practices

Have a valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle

Must be technology / computer proficient

Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving, and prioritizing workloads

Must be personable, reliable and adaptable to change

Interest to develop and progress in their real estate career
