- **Engage with followers** by responding to comments, DMs, and actively participating in relevant conversations
- Stay updated on industry best practices and **bring fresh ideas** to the table

What We’re Looking For:

- **Experience in a similar role** managing social media for a brand or business, preferably in the beauty/wellness space
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- A **creative thinker** with an eye for photography, videography, and design
- **Self-motivated and proactive** with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to brand voice
- Basic understanding of analytics and tools like Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics
- **Portfolio and examples of work** demonstrating past social media campaigns, posts, and content creation are required
