**Job Summary**
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about operations and project coordination? As a Project & Procurement Coordinator, you will manage claims and place purchase orders (POs) with our vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of products. You will act as a liaison between suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes and efficient project execution. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering exceptional service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Communicate with vendors to request product availability and negotiate delivery timelines.
- Place purchase orders (POs) with vendors and track delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Place purchase orders during promotional periods, ensuring all applicable discount pricing is accurately reflected and applied to the POs.
- Process and track claims related to damages, product discrepancies, or returns with both vendors and customers.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding PO updates and any potential delays.
- Work closely with the sales and purchasing teams to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Update and maintain records in the project management system to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Assist in managing inventory by coordinating order fulfillment with the purchasing team.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all inquiries related to orders, shipping, and claims are handled promptly.

**What You Bring**
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, project coordination, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Google platforms.
- Ability to problem-solve and manage claims efficiently.
- Knowledge of luxury goods, lighting, or high-end retail is an asset.
- Previous experience in procurement or project management is a bonus.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
