**Little Pilots Inclusive Preschool**, in partnership with the **Pacific Autism Family Network**, is hiring a **Preschool Manager**.

The Little Pilots Inclusive Preschool Manager, with support from administrative and leadership oversight, ensures the smooth operation of the Preschool.

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring safety and compliance with VCH licensing guidelines;
- Ensuring accuracy of records and logs;
- Manage / assist in staff recruitment, training, and schedules;
- Oversight of process intake with behavioural supports;
- Providing ongoing floor support to staff in direct client care;
- Managing inventory of supplies, as well as purchase requests;
- Management of monthly communications to parents.

Successful applicants will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and will have extensive experience working with children under 6 years of age. The applicant will be well-versed in managing staff and students, liaising with parents and community partners to ensure high quality of care, and have prior experience working with children within the Autism Spectrum Disorder community.

The role will be based out of the Pacific Autism Family Network Centre in Richmond, BC, with a standard shift of 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a related field;
- Current ECE / ECEA, or willing to obtain;
- Current first aid, or willing to obtain.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $32.00 per hour
