**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of students.
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions
- Utilize learning technology and educational resources to enhance the tutoring experience.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with parents and educators to support student development and address any challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
- Foster an inclusive atmosphere that accommodates students with special education needs.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a focus on early childhood education or preschool experience preferred.
- Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning
- Familiarity with various teaching methodologies and learning technologies.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students and parents alike.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, BC V6Y 1K6
