**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure clarity of requirements for project implementation.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Negotiate with stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.
- Maintain documentation using Excel and Word to track project metrics and outcomes.
- Support the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies where applicable.
- Performs general and advanced analytics, forecasting & optimization. Builds models and produces
- Analytical reporting
- Mines data to uncover previously undetected patterns.
- Consults with business areas on reporting solutions, including process mapping to improve data collection.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as TFS or similar platforms.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with software development processes is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master) are a plus.
- University Degree in Administration, system analysis or related study

**Mandatory**
- Demonstrated record of continuous improvement
- Demonstrated experience building dashboard, reports or data driven solutions.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI, Azure DevOps,, SAP Success Factors & Azure Databricks
- Experience working in a Product Model & SCRUM methodology

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Regina, SK S4P 0S1
