**Major Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer value
- Reinforce Agile and Scrum practices to foster team agility
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and sessions
- Promote agile practices and reinforce scrum theory and values
- Build relationships to foster engagement and collaboration
- Remove or escalate impediments to team progress
- Protect the team from distractions
- Lead process management and improvement for continuous value delivery
- Assist Product Owner with scope, commitments, and targets
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and facilitating communication
