Description of Duties:

- Scrum Master for up to 4 teams
- Remove impediments for the Team and the Product Owner
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and related workshops
- Reinforcing Scrum practices
- Process Management and Improvement - collaborate with other Scrum Masters and champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master role
- Team Building - Ensuring a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in their work and in the project.

Required Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master experience
- Certified Scrum Master designation
- Experience utilizing corporate objectives and priorities to ensure teams are working on the right piece of work
- Experience analyzing and resolving a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational or technical in nature
- Experience supporting multiple teams is an asset

Nice to have:

- Experience with Jira, Zepher and ServiceNow
