**Description**

Our Client is seeking a resource with extensive Project Management experience. The projects that this resource will manage will include, but are not limited to: Changes to business systems, processes, and programs; information technology (IT) and infrastructure; and, financial and human resources.

This will be an onsite role located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, however a hybrid work option can be considered based on project requirements.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a practicing Project Manager managing different, complex technical projects in an IT environment. Complex is defined as a project with multiple stakeholders, vendors and complex integrations with public facing components.
- Demonstrated experience managing at least two (2) large projects with public facing components (large means budget of at least $500,000).
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by experience working with all levels within an organization and understanding business priorities. This includes practices and techniques to establish and lead a project through a governance framework (i.e., project team meetings to Executive Steering Committee meetings).
- Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating experience in successfully working in an IT project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated Project Management experience successfully managing team resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing project documents, such as status reports, budgets, project plans, proposals, and close-out documents including transition to productions.
- Demonstrated experience developing project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and/or impact with the Project Sponsor.

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Certification as an organizational change management practitioner, while not required, is considered an asset.
- Agile or Scrum Master certification, while not required, is considered an asset.

**Location**
- Regina/Hybrid

**Work Environment**
- 1 year with 1 possible 1-year extension

**Hourly Rate**
- Negotiable
