**Job Title**: Asset Management Analyst

**Reports to**: VP, Solutions & Onboarding

**Location**: Vaughan, ON/hybrid

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage IT Asset Management Database within ServiceNow
- Review and audit IT Asset Management transactions
- Create new assets in IT Asset Management Database when required
- Developing and maintaining processes, policies, and standards
- Find, Analyze, resolve, identify risks with assets
- Provide feedback and remediation solutions
- Governance reporting including managing, monitoring and reporting
- Escalate to Senior Team members when necessary
- Identify hardware that is scheduled for refresh
- Perform daily and long-term operational and strategic management of hardware
- Manage inventory of CIs and assets, including dependencies and attributes), making sure that modifications, withdrawals, and additions of existing ones are correctly recorded by the teams
- Responsible for managing lifecycle of hardware and software models right from their introduction to their retirement
- Ensure process efficiency by implementing the key performance indicators; suggest improvements to the process continuously
- Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management
- Collaborate with teams to determine trends in asset performance
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
- Perform onsite audit checks and physical inventory count
- Participate in projects calls related to Asset Management

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing hardware IT Asset Management and IT asset analyst
- Strong knowledge and five years plus experience working with a CMDB and the specific business services that it supports
- Five years or more ITSM tool experience, as well as ServiceNow experience
- Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision
- Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and safeguard confidential information
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, multi-tower and multi-vendor environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM are an asset
