**Position Overview**: As a Junior Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that will help you build your skills and knowledge in data analysis. This role is perfect for someone who is willing to wear multiple hats and is excited to take on new challenges. You’ll be working closely with our experienced team, learning the ropes of data analysis, and contributing to the success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions
- Support the team in maintaining data integrity and accuracy
- Participate in various projects and initiatives, contributing where needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues as they arise

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) is an asset
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Eagerness to take on new challenges and wear multiple hats in a growing company

**Preferred Skills (Not Required)**:

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with database management systems
- Basic knowledge of systems and infrastructure
