**Wage**: $45,000 - $50,000
**Hours**: 40 Hours per week
**Schedule**: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

We’re hiring an **Account Co-Ordinator/Analyst** to help execute data collection programs and deliver accurate, timely insights to our clients. You’ll oversee projects, analyze data, and maintain strong communication with field teams to ensure success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and track multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and accurate execution.
- Review and analyze data, photos, and feedback from field reps, addressing inconsistencies.
- Communicate with field teams and clients to resolve challenges and maintain alignment.
- Maintain accurate reporting templates, databases, and deliverables.
- Handle payroll validation, field inquiries, and general administrative tasks.
- Attend meetings and provide updates on program progress and challenges.
- Holds a degree in Statistics or related field or has at least 2 years of experience in data analytics or data collection.
- Demonstrates advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups (experience with VBA Macros is a bonus).
- Exhibits proficiency in using tools such as Power BI, Access, or SQL effectively.
- Applies strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to handle complex tasks efficiently.
- Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
- Has previous experience in merchandising or retail, which is a strong asset.
