**SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR - FULL TIME**

Under the authority of the Sales Director & VP Marketing & Business Development, the position assists the sales and marketing team. She or he provides day-to-day support functions in administrative support activities, but not limited to

**Tasks (include but are not limited to)**:
**MARKETING**
- Coordinate, Preparing and Shipping POS Material
- Help maintain Sales catalogue up to date.
- Support Marketing with product label changes, product rebranding
- Update and maintain the product image bank
- Support in preparation of bi-weekly Newsletters.
- Prepare Christmas catalogue for sales meetings and promotional events.

**SALES**
- Support sales field representatives with new listing, price change form, product image, sell sheets etc.
- Create sales tools (sell sheet, newsletter/etc..)
- Assist in preparation of promo lists.
- Assist in preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Manages product listings and pricing within corporate systems, ensuring accuracy of contract and promotional pricing across all platforms.
- Prepare ad contracts for corporate customers.
- Support sales representatives by assisting with paperwork and preparing call sheet reports.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to organize daily itineraries and work schedules.

**PROCUREMENT**
- Coordinates import documentation and works with customs brokers to ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant for container clearance.

**HR**
- Monitors employee attendance records, including hours worked, vacation, and sick leave, and assists with payroll preparation.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- College diploma in Sales, Marketing, related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Power Point)
- Skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (asset)

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
