Metalcraft Technology Inc. is a manufacturer of precision sheet metal parts serving clients in Canada and the U.S. We are located in Coquitlam, BC, and currently looking for a **Marketing Coordinator **to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating content and images for social media, writing blog posts and articles, assisting marketing campaigns, and expanding sales.

1. Develop social media content plans consistent with the company’s brand identity.

2. Assist in maintaining the accuracy of publications, website, and other content.

3. Manage and maintain data dashboards for each market and digital marketing platforms to track performance and optimize marketing strategies.

4. Conduct marketing and sales research to improve marketing campaigns and sales follow-up efficiency.

5. Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

6. Assist team members to plan, organize and execute any event and campaign.

8. Develop and prepare monthly marketing reports on a regular basis.

9. Grow business by acquiring and establishing relationships with new customers.

10. Maintain and expand sales with current customers; improve customer relationships and satisfaction.

11. Support communication between Metalcraft internal team (estimators, production team) and customers to deliver seamless sales, production, and delivery experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Post-secondary education, Bachelor of Business/Commerce Degree with Marketing concentration is preferred.

2. 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales in metal fabrication or related manufacturing industry.

4. Native or bilingual proficiency in English

5. Excellent proficiency in English grammar and spelling is a must.

6. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms such as Facebook ads manager, Instagram, Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

7. Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.

8. Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and equipment.

9. Travel within Vancouver and the lower mainland is an ongoing requirement of the position. Therefore, the successful incumbent for the position will require to have a valid BC driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle.
