As our e-commerce presence continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to drive online sales to new heights and enhance the customer experience.

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms, including [Walmart, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, etc.].
- Develop and execute strategies to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and overall revenue.
- Monitor and analyze website performance and sales metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and others.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.
- Create compelling product descriptions, images, and videos to enhance customer engagement.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints to maintain a positive brand image.
- Test and implement new e-commerce technologies and tools to improve operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging e-commerce technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or a related role.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development basics.
- Experience with product photography or image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Experience managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
