**ROLE**:Marketing Coordinator - Foodservice

**REPORTS TO**:Senior Marketing Manager

**LOCATION**:Port Coquitlam, BC

We are looking for a **Marketing Coordinator - Foodservice **to join our Marketing team This is a newly created hybrid role that combines elements of product and trade marketing. The role is responsible for working closely with the sales team to assist them with servicing our Foodservice customers and working within the marketing area to manage our portfolio of foodservice dairy products which are produced primarily in Western
Canada.

**OPPORTUNITIES**

In this role, you will get the opportunity to manage our full range of dairy products and be the main point of contact for all marketing activities associated with the products. You will also play a pivotal role in assisting our

Sales team in servicing our customers and enabling the company to achieve our performance objectives.

**EXPERIENCE**
- You have a post-Secondary degree or diploma
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- You have experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and Word
- You have experience working in the food industry

**NICE-TO-HAVE**
- Experience within Foodservice sales or marketing
- Dairy experience

**THINGS YOU WILL DO **
- Manage product portfolio across our various brands
- Provide marketing support for Sales team for customer requests
- Maintain price lists and product specifications files
- Manage creative and design for packaging and promotional materials for assigned brands
- Develop sales materials for foodservice customers
- Provide support in order fulfillment and replenishment process

**OTHER**
- Some field work may be required including attending trade shows

**Experience**:

- Dairy: 1 year (preferred)
- Food service sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
