**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Mobile IT Support**:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other mobile devices.
- Configure and deploy mobile devices, ensuring proper security and functionality.

**Helpdesk Support**:

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions.

**Device Repairs**:

- Perform hardware repairs and upgrades on laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Replace or repair defective components such as screens, batteries, and hard drives.

**Networking**:

- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Assist with network performance optimization and security enhancements.

**Cloud Services**:

- Support cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and cloud storage platforms.
- Assist with migrations, configurations, and maintenance of cloud environments.

**Customer Service**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
- Clearly communicate technical solutions to non-technical users.
- All help desk personnel need excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team environment. Attention to detail is also very important.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in IT support/helpdesk.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Experience with network setups, troubleshooting, and cloud services.
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Be willing to travel to Client locations within Alberta & Saskatchewan.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. (English)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
