**Job Description**:
The Leasing Agent will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, with a focus on facilitating property leasing opportunities. This role will involve proactive communication, relationship-building, and strategic collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
Landlord Relationships:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with current landlords to encourage property purchases or sales.
- Act as a liaison between landlords and internal sales teams, facilitating property transactions and providing support as needed.
- Ensure that landlords receive exceptional service and support throughout their partnership with the company.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to landlords regarding market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities.
Tenant Relationships:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and incoming tenants, with the goal of promoting property purchases or long-term leasing agreements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or properties to tenants, maximizing revenue potential.
- Serve as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Reporting and Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and property management, to coordinate efforts and maximize results.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate license required, new agents welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

**Salary**: From $25,000.00 per year
