Leasing Agent Position

We are currently looking to hire a mobile leasing consultant to work at our residential properties in the GTA.
Experience in sales/residential leasing is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract is required.
You must be able to work flexible hours /weekends work based on Leasing needs, have minimum 1 year experience, must be fluent in English written and verbal, must be able to prioritize and manage time wisely and possess excellent Customer Service skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare properties for rent to show to prospective tenants
- Advertise, attract, identify, qualify and close on prospective new tenants
- Give tours of open listings
- Portray the property and amenities in a positive fashion
- Use a variety of methods to advertise rental properties
- Determine the needs of potential tenants
- Maintain working knowledge of the property market
- Ensure the property is well-maintained
- Collect and organize important documents and payments
- Negotiate financial terms and prepare lease proposals
