Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar
- Perform data entry tasks to update patient records and other administrative documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including making travel arrangements when necessary
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

**Salary**: $17.22-$28.79 per hour
