**Residential Rental Property Manager**
Vancouver and Greater Vancouver
Renumeration Package: $47,500.00-$52,500.00
Full-time, Permanent

**Your Role as a Bodewell Property Manager**

Based out of our downtown Vancouver office, you will work towards managing a portfolio of our rental properties located in Vancouver and Greater Vancouver.

As a key member of the Bodewell team, you will be responsible for working towards building long term relationships with clients and tenants alike. Responsibilities will include showing properties, interviewing and vetting potential tenants, preparing rental property documents, carrying out move-in inspections, scheduling and arranging bi-annual property inspections, answering client and tenant enquiries, attending move-outs, and other day to day related responsibilities, as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with owners and tenants alike
- Work with our admin support to prepare and manage documents
- Meet prospective tenants and conduct property viewings
- Answer questions and requests by clients and tenants
- Oversee maintenance requests and emergencies
- Other duties may be assigned as needed

**Requirements**:

- Valid property management license
- A friendly customer service focus
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Mac computer use
- BC Driver's license
- Open to a flexible schedule which may require you to work outside of office hours as required
