**Job Overview**:
Join our dynamic motorsports store team, where we're passionate about providing top-notch service and products to our customers. We specialize in all things motorsports, catering to enthusiasts and professionals alike. As a Front Desk/Document Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play an essential role in managing store documentation.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming and professional environment.

Handle customer service issues by providing product information, resolving complaints, or directing issues to the relevant team members.

Manage and organize all store-related documentation, including sales records, receipts, invoices, and contracts.

Prepare and process customer documentation for sales, returns, and repairs.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling documents and processing information accurately.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced motorsports environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.57-$26.65 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
