**Job Summary**
Innovative Fitness Bloor is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional **Front Desk Coordinator** to be the welcoming face of our fitness studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for health and wellness, and excels in providing outstanding customer service.
As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive client experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will help maintain an efficient and inviting environment for both clients and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Book and manage client appointments using scheduling software.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, proofreading, and managing office supplies.
- Keep the front desk and client lounge areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Support the daily operations of the studio and assist team members as needed.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in fitness and wellness.
