Mississauga, Canada Newmar Window Manufacturing Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing multifaceted general office support
- Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, equipment inventory and storage
- Reception backup daily for lunch and breaks; and during absences, when necessary
- Coordinating between departments in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly (weekly/monthly/yearly) scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Working knowledge and hands on experience managing office equipment, such as printers and copiers
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Provide general support and various other duties assigned by the Office Manager

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Proven experience in handling a busy multi-line telephone system
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular)
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, utilize judgment, and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- A positive and self-starter attitude
- Possess tact and diplomacy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
