**Job Title: Data Coordinator**
- Position Summary:_
The Data Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining data systems and IT infrastructure to support effective, secure, and consistent data management in the housing department. This role plays a critical part in enhancing organizational capacity through training, system development, and strategic communication related to data and resource management.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Acquire and manage IT infrastructure, including procurement and setup of HMIS servers and related hardware/software.
- Coordinate with technical experts to ensure network security and develop customized HMIS reports tailored to program needs.
- Develop and maintain a centralized resource database to improve accessibility and information sharing within the housing department.
- Establish and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in data collection, reporting, and system usage.
- Develop an internal communication framework
- Implement a comprehensive tracking system for monitoring service delivery, outcomes, and system performance.
- Deliver HMIS and Coordinated Access training, including travel support as necessary.
- Conduct workshops to enhance staff capacity in data management and change adaptation.
- Coordinate enhanced IT infrastructure to support secure and effective data management, consistent data collection and reporting processes.

- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data coordination, IT systems administration, or related roles, preferably within housing, social services, or nonprofit sectors
- Proficiency in managing and implementing HMIS (Homeless Management Information System) or similar case management systems
- Strong understanding of data privacy, security protocols, and network infrastructure
- Experience with data visualization, reporting tools, and database development
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training and facilitate workshops for diverse audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
- Willingness to travel amongst SOTCS locations as required to support training and implementation initiatives

Pay: $28.50/Hour
