Part of the greater People and Culture (P&C) team, The People and Culture Business Partner function leads, informs, and activates the People Strategy to meet and exceed business objectives. The team operates in strategic partnership with the business, driving the continuous evolution of people and leadership practices and fosters a culture that generates high performance teams, strengths-based coaching, and values-based leadership.

**If you were in the People & Culture Coordinator - Manufacturing & Distribution role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Acting as the first point of contact for all P&C inquiries, supporting and empowering our employees with the right information as required
- Processing and tracking all employee changes including new hires, promotions, changes, terminations, leaves in Workday and other systems as needed, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed
- Continuously striving to evolve P&C operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work collaboratively to provide quality support to our People Leaders and employees
- Connecting, tracking and following up on all employee leaves, informing relevant stakeholders as required and coordinate on employee return to work
- Leading and project managing company events including cultural celebrations and other brand initiatives to improve employee experience
- Liaising with other P&C counterparts to design and drive Employee Brand & Employee Health initiatives (Team Talent Hikes, women’s day, bike to work week, trailblazing etc.)
- Contributing to Onboarding tasks as required, including ensuring our new hires are fully set up on their first day and supporting the execution of our onboarding program
- Acting as the gatekeeper of all people data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity across all systems and touchpoints and preparing people related data and reports as required to support effective decision making across the P&C team
- Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the P&C team such as creation of offer letters, change letters, and promotion letters as required
- Supporting and managing all P&C projects and programs (ex. Shuttle Bus Program) as required

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on Data Analytics and Reporting - documenting process flows and standard operating procedures
- Championing data integrity and information systems flow (Workday, ADP WFN, Lever etc)
- Collaborating with Operations leaders and assisting them with data-driven People decisions
- Coordinating and building stoke on all major Manufacturing and Distribution centre communications - including upcoming events, trainings, surveys and more
- Coordinating our fantastic ARC’One Onboarding program to welcome new faces to Arc’teryx

**Are you our next People & Culture Coordinator - Manufacturing & Distribution?**:

- You have a post-secondary education and minimum 1 years’ experience in an operational role within HR, customer service, administration, or other relevant field
- You maintain professionalism in dealing with high volumes of sensitive and confidential information
- You are exceptionally organized with an eye for detail and accuracy
- You are open and approachable with a customer-service focused mentality
- You consistently evaluate and evolve existing processes
- You have a highly collaborative working style and the ability to build strong relationships across the company
- You have strong verbal and written English communication skills

$59,000 - $74,000 an hour
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$59,000 - CAD$74,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
