Description du poste

Reporting to the Supervisor, Call Center, the Data Entry Clerk ensures the efficacy of the Purchasing Team operations by entering car purchases information in Odoo files.

Specifically, the Data Entry Clerk responsibilities are:

- Analyze rigorously car purchasing documentation;
- Understand car purchasing information provided by Agents;
- Code data in Odoo files for all car purchases, using Microsoft Sharepoint;
- Validate data entry and ensure information accuracy;
- Answer client phone calls as last resort;
- Perform other office duties as assigned, such as classification of documents or creation of files;
