As an industry leader for the past twenty years, GA International offers complete laboratory labeling solutions to the hospital, academic, government and commercial sectors. We are headquartered in Laval, QC with operations in the US, Netherlands, UK.

We are looking for an **Data Entry Specialist** to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and update the product catalog on various web portals to ensure accurate and consistent information across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to gather and validate product information, specifications, pricing, and other relevant data.
- Coordinate with external and internal partners to understand their catalog requirements, including data format, categorization, and any specific guidelines or restrictions.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to the catalog, including new product introductions, product changes, and discontinuations.
- Conduct regular audits of the catalog to identify and correct any errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with an e-commerce platform
- Good English skills
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma minumum (Bachelors, an asset)

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer et mettre à jour le catalogue de produits sur différents portails web afin de garantir l'exactitude et la cohérence des informations sur tous les réseaux.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment la gestion des produits, le marketing et les ventes, pour recueillir et valider les informations sur les produits, les spécifications, les prix et d'autres données pertinentes.
- Coordonner avec les partenaires externes et internes pour comprendre les exigences de leur catalogue, y compris le format des données, la catégorisation et toutes les directives ou restrictions spécifiques.
- Veiller à ce que le catalogue soit mis à jour en temps utile et avec précision, notamment en ce qui concerne l'introduction de nouveaux produits, les changements de produits et les discontinuations.
- Effectuer des audits réguliers du catalogue afin d'identifier et de corriger les erreurs, les incohérences ou les écarts.

**Qualifications**:

- Solides compétences en Excel
- Expérience avec une plateforme de e-commerce
- Bonne connaissance de l'anglais
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante
- Diplôme d'études secondaires au minimum (Baccalauréat un atout)
