**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date financial records
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist in payroll processing using systems such as ADP, Ceridian, or UltiPro
- Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or Workday for various accounting functions
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budget analysis
- Support month-end closing activities by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Collaborate with team members to analyze accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday) is required
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping practices
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or UltiPro is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for accurate account analysis
- Ability to perform budgeting tasks and assist in financial planning
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Knowledge of financial services principles and practices is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good communication skills for collaboration within the finance team
