We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to support our Customer Service team by ensuring accurate and efficient order processing. This is an onsite position based in Laval, QC, offering opportunities for growth within the company for motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative and adaptability.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Accurately enter and process customer orders using SAP B1 and other company systems.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for orders, invoices, and customer records.
- Customer Service Support: Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Software Utilization: Navigate SAP B1 and other software tools to manage data and generate reports.
- Error Resolution: Identify and correct any discrepancies in order entry or customer information.
- Communication: Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, sales, finance) to ensure smooth processing of orders.
- General Administrative Tasks: Assist with filing, documentation, and other clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with software, particularly SAP B1 or similar ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills to address order discrepancies.
- Good communication skills for internal collaboration.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a strong asset.
- Must be available to work onsite in Laval, QC.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.03-$22.08 per hour
