Calgary, Canada Bosa Development Full time

Serve as main support to the Senior Property Manager, acting at times as a main contact for the property, management, and ownership.
- Will be responsible to fill-in for the Senior Property Manager during any absences
- Assist in developing and managing all operational systems for new property activation.
- Managing oversight to trades.
- Upload data into new software platform and ancillary platforms.
- Helping with development of all operational protocols for building operations.
- Manage move in/out protocols and make ready program & make ready board.
- Foster excellent resident relations, manage, and ensure concerns and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner with a goal of 100% satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing approved quality programs in accordance with budget guidelines.
- Work with Senior Property Manager to manage all rent collections, security deposits, late fees transactions and tenant reconciliations.
- Provide support and fulfill tasks relating to leasing and renewals
- Help draft execute building emergency plans.
- Ensure compliance with the Alberta residential tenancy act.
- Ensure local & federal laws and regulations are being observed.
- Maintain property bible.
- Maintain an environment which tenants adhere to property rules through program of education.
- May be required to inspect properties on a regular basis, noting and implementing correction of all deficiencies for the Operations Department.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, and repair programs with the Building Technician.
- Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and productivity, research and recommend alternative actions.
- Assist in facilitating all aspects of full property management, including expediting maintenance contracts, working with trades and onsite/offsite staff.
- Follow all Bosa Development’s procedures and practices.
- Ensuring professional representation of the Bosa brand at all times.
- Conducting oneself in a manner that is consistent with the Bosa core values.
- Work closely with your team and other departments to achieve company wide goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
