Coast to Coast Promotions is seeking a Sales Representative whose ability to lead with superb confidence will shape how we acquire a new customer base and maintain relationships with those we’ve already impacted As part of our Sales Representative team, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll help customers find the perfect solutions for their needs, share exclusive promotions, and build lasting relationships. **Responsibilities of a Sales Representative**:

- Engage face-to-face with prospective customers, providing personalized solutions that exceed their expectations
- Learn the intricacies of sales alongside the products and services our clients provide to assist in customer acquisition
- Build full-cycle relationships with consumers to provide an ideal sales experience through first contact and beyond
- Break down sales strategies with other Sales Representatives to increase productivity and client satisfaction
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of products and services to drive opportunities for upselling
- Participate in ongoing training with the Sales Representative team to sharpen sales and leadership skills

- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a sales environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event marketing is a plus
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and possess a coachable attitude
- Strong ambition and determination, consistently setting ambitious goals and displaying steadfast commitment to achieving them
- An unwavering commitment to learning, consistently seeking opportunities to expand knowledge, ask thoughtful questions, and refine skills

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
