**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage client relationships.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English is a MUST, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or account management.
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Food industry: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
