We are currently seeking a driven and personable Rogers Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on business development, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional service within the telecommunications industry.

As a Rogers Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted brand ambassador, promoting high-quality telecommunications products and services while creating meaningful customer interactions. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, strengthening brand loyalty, and consistently exceeding performance goals. The ideal Rogers Sales Representative is motivated, adaptable, and committed to excellence in both sales and service.

**Rogers Sales Representative Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage directly with prospective and existing customers through in-person interactions to assess needs and deliver tailored telecommunications solutions.
- Confidently promote and represent leading products and services, providing clear, accurate, and personalized information.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships by fostering trust and delivering a consistently positive experience.
- Stay knowledgeable on current promotions, pricing incentives, and bundled service offerings to guide informed customer decisions.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvements in service delivery and overall experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and Rogers Sales Representativeteam sales goals while contributing to a collaborative, results-driven environment.

**Rogers Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another customer-facing role preferred.
- Prior experience as a Rogers Sales Representative is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for growth and professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling customer information.
- Comfortable working with diverse audiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $900.00-$1,500.00 per week
