Are you looking to build a meaningful career with opportunities for growth? We are currently looking for experienced Lead Hand to assist our landscape foremen on our ever-expanding portfolio of commercial and residential projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation of interlock, sod, soil, trees, shrubs, plants, etc.
- Construct walkways, patios, retaining walls, etc.
- Operate equipment including tampers, diesel plates, quick cuts, skid steer, mini-ex etc.
- Read plans and set grades.
- Assist in completing and submitting paperwork related to any jobs, maintain written time records and work orders.
- Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship, and polite communication.
- Follow health & safety regulations of our profession.

**Requirements**:

- At minimum of 3 years’ landscape experience.
- A comprehensive knowledge of health & safety regulations for our profession.
- A valid G driver’s license with clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
