Wild Ridge Landscapes is an award-winning, mid-sized landscape company looking to add a construction crew lead hand to our team.

Our landscape construction teams work together to craft stunning outdoor spaces. As an organization, we have an intentional focus on growing and mentoring staff, serving clients with excellence, and leaving a beautiful and lasting impression on our city.

**Requirements**:

- Have 3+ years of landscape installation experience, especially in construction
- Ability to both take and give direction in a team environment
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, job site organizing, reading, and interpreting landscape designs
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
- Be physically strong (lift min. 50 lbs) and a quick learner
- Class G license with a clean abstract and own transportation preferred
- Knowledge of landscape products, power and hand tools, and installation techniques
- Skid steer, excavator, tractor, or other heavy equipment experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of the production of custom landscapes
- Demonstrate leadership skills required to help run the worksite efficiently
- Assist in organizing the site, ensuring a safe workplace and gathering materials
- Use of skid steer, mini-excavators, stone saws, plate compactor, and other hand and power tools as trained or certified
- Timely submission job-related documentation
- Participate in the goals and objectives of Wild Ridge Landscapes, including the building of a company culture that is always respectful, inclusive, and motivated to provide excellent results and to constantly be growing in knowledge and skills.
