**Position Overview**
We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Landscaping Lead Hand** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on landscaping experience who is ready to take on a leadership position. You will be responsible for guiding your crew on job sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support a landscaping crew on daily projects.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Operate and supervise the use of tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Perform quality checks and resolve issues on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven landscaping experience (softscaping, grading, installation, or related work).
- Previous experience leading or supervising a crew.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various conditions.
- Valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
