Stay Foccused Properties is a growing short-term rental management company based in Calgary. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and solutions-driven **Operations Manager** to support our Airbnb and vacation rental portfolio. This is a hands-on role that combines guest communication, light maintenance, cleaner coordination, and on-call emergency response.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to guest messages during the day and **answer all guest phone calls 24/7**:

- Coordinate and follow up with cleaners to ensure units are guest-ready
- Perform or coordinate light maintenance (e.g., tighten cabinet handles, replace bulbs, plunge toilets)
- Check on units post-clean if needed and restock supplies
- Handle guest emergencies calmly and efficiently (e.g., lockouts, no heat, flooding)
- Track and report issues, expenses, and updates weekly

**Requirements**:

- Based in Calgary and available for on-site tasks
- Reliable access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Able to troubleshoot small issues on-site (handyman-level tasks)
- Comfortable being on-call, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication skills and hospitality mindset
- Prior experience in property management, Airbnb, hospitality, or maintenance a plus
