**Medical Billing Agent**:
**full time - 37,50 hr / week**:
miacleo fertility is a medical clinic located in Greenfield Park, at 2102 Victoria Avenue, that specializes in assisted reproduction. We are currently looking for a Nursing Assistant on a regular full time basis (37.50 hours per week). The duties and responsibilities as well as the requirements of the position are as follows

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Performs monthly RAMQ billing for medical procedures performed by physicians;
- Performs non-RAMQ billing, when required;
- Enter medical data accurately and in accordance with deadlines;
- Verify the accuracy of the information entered;
- Ensures the conformity of the data transmitted according to RAMQ rules and makes the necessary corrections;
- Ensure the follow-up of certain files with the physician, when required;
- Verify statements of account and ensure the follow-up of the RAMQ billing system;
- Perform office tasks such as document preparation, scanning and filing of files;
- Follow up on overdue accounts, as required;
- Perform all other tasks related to the position.

**Job Requirements**:

- DEC or AEC in administrative techniques or a combination of equivalent training and experience;
- 3 years experience in billing related functions, if experience is related to RAMQ it will be an asset;
- Very good knowledge of computers and ability to learn and use software;
- Required skills: Good organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to learn new accounting software, rigorous work methods, good management of priorities and stress, team spirit and interpersonal skills;
- Respect for deadlines and deadlines;
- Bilingual: French, English written and spoken.
