**YOUR ROLE**
As an Account Administrator, you will help to provide outsourced lead generation and appointment setting solutions for your accounts. You will manage business relationships to ensure that our clients’ needs, and requirements are met. You will provide client service, prospecting efforts on behalf of our clients, research, and CRM management for each client. You will anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore, and engage in meaningful conversations with our client’s prospects over the phone with the goal of booking a meeting for our client. You will monitor your internal KPIs for each account and ensure they are met and reported to the client on a regular basis.

This is not your average account administrator position; instead, it takes more than talk here at this firm (though certainly there should be some good conversation). You’ll act primarily as our client’s outsourced lead generation. You will manage their pipeline and continue to build the relationship with our client on behalf of our firm. _Our main priority at Integrity BDI is to grow our clients’ businesses._
**YOUR ROLE AS AN ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR**
The day-to-day roles and responsibilities of an Account Administrator can vary depending on the account (client) you are working on. Some common duties include making cold calls on behalf of our clients (your accounts) to their potential customers, setting appointments on behalf of our clients, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, they may also be responsible for providing customer support and resolving any issues that arise.
Most of the day will be spent on the computer and on the phones with the goal to have meaningful conversation with our client’s prospects and to set appointments for them. As we have clients in various industries, your conversations, and the market verticals you are targeting will vary from client to client (from clients in the tech industry, healthcare, business consultants, insurance, to engineering firms). Nearly all our clients are in the B2B (Business to Business) sphere and most decision makers that we are reaching out to are in the C-suite (CEOs, Presidents, Owners, CFOs, etc.), so you will be booking meetings with the owners of larger businesses.
Account Administrators have the option to work remotely or in the office full time or a hybrid option (if they are in locally in Edmonton).
Cold calling and appointment setting can be a challenging and demanding role, but it can also be very rewarding. You are our client’s voice. We are looking for a team member who is proactive and passionate about sales and marketing, and the clients they serve. Account Administrators will act as a point of contact for their clients and are the first impressions and VOICE of all the clients we work with to their prospects and have an outgoing, cheery personality.
**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Managing a portfolio of clients (accounts) and fostering a positive relationship with our clients
- Outbound lead generation (cold calling) for assigned accounts (C-suite level conversations to book a meeting / appointment setting on behalf of our clients)
- Inbound lead qualification for assigned accounts (possible, not all accounts have this)
- Communicating with the client on the progress of their campaign, creating and updating reports and summaries in in Word.
- Collecting, updating, and maintaining data in the client’s CRM for each account.
- Managing the prospect list in the CRM and collaborating with our internal team pulling new prospect lists, as required, to ensure you always have an ample number of prospects to reach out to.
