Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greets visitors and directs them to contacts or service areas
- Answers telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Data Entry
- Preparing payroll for various client
- WCB and GST reporting
- Year-end preparations for the accountants
- Filing and other administrative duties

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent as an office assistant or office coordinator
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two year NAIT/Macewan Business Administration or similar program
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Accounting software (ie. Sage 50) is helpful

Proficiencies:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, profession and efficient
- Strong communication skills, oral, non-verbal and written
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects of varying importance
