**Summary**:The Customer Service Representative performs administrative and customer service duties, interacting with all other departments in the company. The Customer Service Team and each member represent Associated Labels and Packaging, and at all times are expected to act with professional conduct and maintain a professional appearance.

**Primary Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative**:

- Performs reception and administrative duties as needed
- Enters repeat orders into the system
- Enters purchase order information into the system for revisions and new orders
- Attaches label samples and printing plates to repeat and revision dockets
- Completes a docket checklist for repeat, revision and new dockets in order to catch and fix errors
- Checks complete PO’s from the Art Department before sending them to Production
- Monitors no-quantity completed art dockets and follows up with Sales on them periodically
- Sorts and sends out mail and couriers out samples or documents as needed
- Closes off jobs in the system
- Orders office supplies for the company as needed
- Pulls samples for repeat and revision dockets
- Maintains inventory for large House accounts by monitoring levels and writing up inventory dockets when needed
- Assists other departments with various tasks as requested
- Reorganizes the filing system each year
- Follows all safety and food-safe procedures and complies with company policies
- Performs other related duties and tasks as required to meet the needs of our operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
