DESCRIPTION
The **Service Administrator **role joins the busy Service department to support all administrative functions. From customer service to quoting, following up on work orders to dispatching the technician team, this role is dynamic and fast-paced. You will learn the ins and outs of how the business runs, what keeps our community doors working, and what it means to be part of our door family.
This role works closely with the other Service department members and technicians. Reporting to the Quotation Lead, and working Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
This role requires a high level of focus on safety and solutions, adaptability, and a positive “can-do” attitude, as well as:
- Grade 12 minimum
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable with MS suite
- Solid geographical knowledge of the lower mainland
- 1-year office reception or administration an asset
- Familiarity with the construction industry a bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $42,500.00 per year
