**What you will do**:

- **Order & Account Management**:
Step into the exciting world of Canadian orders You’ll process orders, invoices, returns, and credits like a pro, quickly solving any delivery or invoice puzzles that come your way. Accuracy is your superpower.
- **Credit & Pricing Support**:
Assist with allocating pricing and item details for credit requests before submitting them to the Credit Department, helping ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
Work closely with Sales and key internal teams including Accounting, Shipping, and Production to keep orders moving and customers informed.
- **Customer Communication**:
Be a trusted point of contact for customers by handling inquiries professionally, providing timely updates, and ensuring issues are addressed with care, attention and providing gold standard customer service.
- **Shipping Sleuth**

Track, rush, and coordinate shipments like a logistics ninja. Spot issues early and swoop in to resolve them before anyone else even notices.
- **Problem-Solving Hero**

If something tricky comes up, you’ll follow up or escalate to the right supervisor — ensuring every customer concern is wrapped up quickly and efficiently.
- **Team Player Extraordinaire**

Join team communication, answer Customer Service calls, and be ready to back up sales territories when needed. From entering orders to sharing monthly specials, you’ll keep our customers smiling and our operations smooth.

**What you will need**:

- 3-4 years of experience working in a Customer Service /Order Desk position.
- Prior working experience within a Customer Service, Data Entry, or Sales Environment, and/or other related technology is an asset.
- Extremely well-organized individual with an attention to detail, highly analytical, ability to multitask, and manage multiple priorities
- Must include an ability to work independently or within a team to prioritize a large volume workload within a demanding fast-paced environment
- High school graduate or degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field is an asset.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word, Outlook),SAP & Salesforce knowledge is helpful but not necessary
