**The Opportunity**
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a highly organized **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in **Coquitlam, British Columbia.** As the Customer Service Representative, you will work closely with our Operator Training team throughout the sales process to ensure our customers receive excellent service. This will include working in our CRM, answering mainline phones, and handling customer inquiries.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls for all main phone lines
- Utilize CRM to pass leads to Account Managers
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of active clients and product offerings
- Ensure compliance of standards within the department to ensure a consistent and positive customer service experience
- Provide general administrative support for the Operator Training department
- Assist with completing registrations and following up on client feedback as needed
- Provide coverage for Account Managers as needed, including vacation coverage
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- At least two years of related customer service experience, including experience servicing customers over the phone
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with a CRM (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) is a strong asset
- A confident, helpful, and customer-oriented phone presence
- A customer-focused mindset and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

The base pay range for this role is: $49,500 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
This is a **remote**role based in **Coquitlam, British Columbia.**
