**District Office Leadership Assitant**

The District Office Leadership Assistant is responsible for the coordination of varied administrative functions related primarily to providing administrative, organizational, and networking support to the Executive Team. As part of the District Office Support Team, the incumbent will work closely with the team and provide coverage as required.

The District Office Leadership Assistant will respect and uphold the Values, Vision, and Mission of Christian Horizons, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy and respect in their dealings with other employees, persons supported, and both internal and external stakeholders.
- One year working experience in an administrative capacity
- Minimum two years related community college diploma
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong computer skills with working knowledge of online platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation
- Experience maintaining paper and electronic files, managing meeting requests, resolving scheduling conflicts, data entry, proof-reading and updating word documents, excel spreadsheets, etc.
- Documentation of Covid-19 vaccination

**Salary**: $24.83-$25.33 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Woodbridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- Developmental Services: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full G Driver's Licence (preferred)
